FlightRest Privacy Policy Last updated: March 28, 2026 FlightRest ("we", "our", or "the app") is a smart alarm clock for early-morning flights. This policy explains what data we access, what we do with it, and what we never do. Data We Access Flight number — entered by you, used to look up your flight status via the FlightAware AeroAPI. Never stored on our servers (we have no servers). Airport security wait times — fetched anonymously from the MyTSA Web Service and ATL Airport. No personal information is sent in these requests. Morning routine preferences — drive time, get-ready time, boarding zone, etc. Stored only on your device using local storage. Never transmitted. Data We Do Not Collect We do not create user accounts. We do not collect your name, email, or any identifying information. We do not track your location. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell or share any data with third parties. Third-Party Services FlightRest communicates with the following external services on your behalf: FlightAware AeroAPI — to look up live flight status, gate, and boarding time. Only your flight number is sent. See FlightAware's privacy policy at flightaware.com/about/privacy. MyTSA Web Service (U.S. DHS) — to retrieve security wait times by airport code. No personal data is sent. Notifications FlightRest uses local device notifications to deliver your wake-up alarm. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and are never routed through our servers. Children's Privacy FlightRest is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
